TO CANCEL DUE TO DEATH OF SUBSCRIBER
I was put on hold for 19 minutes. Someone came on and asked what I needed.
I told them and was put on hold again. I just wanted to make sure this was not an auto renewal due to death of subscriber Mike Mirelez on march 2024

Not trustworthy company
Trying to cancel they will not answer there phones or answer your email. Very disloyal company. Went through my credit card company to cancel it was just supposed to be for a years but they charged your account over and over and its impossible to cancel

I had renewed my membership charged to my American Express card and they say its not there and I still have to renew my account once I speak to American Express so that I know nothing was charged onto it.

New updated site does not even warrant one star!! Have paid ad used American Greetings to make personalized cards for over 10 years, and each "update/revision" has not improved but degraded site!

My company no longer offers AG/Papyrus cards, etc. YET we receivedd a box of AG/Father's Day cards.
We think they are Papyrus - we thing they are Father's Day cards as there is blue tape with a white tie wrapped around the box.
I asked for a return label - really simple. We will give the company 1 month to respond.

Videos Won't Download Correctly
Until recently, the personlized videos that I download to save on my phone have been perfect. But, now the downloads do not work properly.
They stutter and 'get stuck'. Am I doing something wrong?

I tried to cancel my "subscription" that I didn't even know I had and they refuse to do it. I had to threaten legal action.

I lost money
Frauds. I signed up for a free trial, sent 20 Christmas e-cards, but only 14 were sent.
Six friends and relatives think I forgot them at Christmas time. I asked AG to cancel my subscription.
I paid 20 bucks and they refunded me only 5 bucks. Either they cant do simple math, or I got taken.
