Until recently, the personlized videos that I download to save on my phone have been perfect. But, now the downloads do not work properly.
They stutter and 'get stuck'. Am I doing something wrong?

They won't cancel my subscription
I tried to cancel my "subscription" that I didn't even know I had and they refuse to do it. I had to threaten legal action.

Frauds. I signed up for a free trial, sent 20 Christmas e-cards, but only 14 were sent.
Six friends and relatives think I forgot them at Christmas time. I asked AG to cancel my subscription.
I paid 20 bucks and they refunded me only 5 bucks. Either they cant do simple math, or I got taken.
Preferred solution: Full refund

If you are considering a membership with American Greeting E-Cards- Caveat emptor. This company saves your credit card number, even if you delete it and WILL charge it again at the end of your membership.
Unless you are wholly committed to a membership. DO NOT use this service.
Their call center is closed and there is no recourse if you find the service lacking. The audio of some ecards is terrible. Worse yet, once your free trial is over, the quality of the product declines.
Even worse, if you cancel your free trial after your credit card has been charged for a membership, it cancels the entire paid membership. I lost 30 + dollars on this site.

A total disaster.
I place a order, did not give an order number, but I proceeded with placing my or for an anniversary ecard , at least I though it was, to be sent 5/6/2020. Well it was never sent.
Tried to contact Customer Service but was asked for a order# which I never got when placing this order. This whole experience was a mess. I finally wound up typing my personalized message on Facebook so at least my message would be received. I was charged, so far, $4.99 from something that was a total bust.

Once you sign up, even "free" trial, renewal is automatic and they make it almost impossible to cancel.Never

I've been scammed out of my money for years and now the phone # you call to cancel is no longer is service. I am so PISSED
I thought I had canceled my account with this company years ago. I have been trying for a few days to contact them because my account was never canceled, and the phone number on their site says "this number is no longer in service.
Godbye." Then you get disconnected. I don't know where to go from here or what to do going forward. I have evidently been scammed for YEARS and they just pulled money out of my checking account again! Any thoughts?
Emails and phone calls can not be sent. I know it's only $22 a year, but I REFUSE to be scammed out of any more money!
I am 65 and on a low fixed income. I don't know where to turn.

Some of the personalized ecards are really cute, but I can't use them because of the very limited selection of recipient names and the inability to manually type in a name or names. I sent them a suggested name to add about two years ago - but they have not added it to their list. I guess they don't use voice recognition software - too bad!!!

Fraudulent trial period
When you enroll for the 7 day trial period and then add on a paid period they subtract the trial period from your paid period. I started a trial period on 12/3 and then enrolled in the monthly plan.
I was surprised to find that my first month ended on 1/3 meaning that instead of it beginning on 12/10 when the "trial period" ended my plan was back dated to the beginning of the trial.
I now see that I should have cancelled immediately and then enrolled later to get a full paid month. I feel I was defrauded.
